Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for handling and packaging. Each piece is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Canada and the U.S.
During busy holiday seasons, shipping may take 5–10 business days.
Please note, that delivery times are managed by the carrier and may vary depending on their schedule and service.

Delays & Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the carrier.
Please contact me at [email protected] within 48 hours of noticing an issue so we can resolve it together.

Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging.

This will allow me to assist you promptly with a replacement or return, depending on the situation.
