Every artwork I create is made with great care and intention, and I want you to love your piece as much as I loved creating it.

Because each artwork is unique, all sales are final. However, I understand that unexpected things can happen during shipping, and I’ll do everything I can to make things right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and its packaging so I can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to me within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. I’ll contact the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Custom and Commissioned Artworks
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable once the creative process has begun, as they are made specifically for you. I’ll maintain open communication throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction before shipment.
